This is a solid IPA from Roma Norte, the hipster neighborhood extraordinaire of the Mexican capital.

It’s nice and hoppy and packs a punch at 8.2% – it’s dynamite (by name). There is actually no mention of the style of the beer on the label and the brewer’s website makes no mention of it.

But the hop bud takes pride of place on the label and the humulus lupulus is front and centre in the aroma and flavour, leaving little doubt of its IPA credentials.

Worth a swig if it crosses your path.

Esta es una IPA sólida de Roma Norte, la colonia hipster sin igual en la capital mexicana.

Es buena y lupulosa y pega fuerte a 8.2% – es dinamita (por nombre). De hecho no menciona el estilo de la cerveza en la etiqueta y el sitio web de la cervecería no menciona nada al respeto.

Pero el lúpulo toma lugar central en la etiqueta y la humulus lupulus también es prominente en el aroma y sabor, dejando poca duda de sus credenciales como IPA.

Vale la pena tomarla si esta cruza tu camino.
